Our customers who use this site and produce content are assumed to have accepted the following terms: The web pages on our site and all pages connected to it (the 'site') are owned and operated by Mehmet Alp Bozkurt - T. 1. The Company reserves the right to make changes to prices and software features and credit packages offered at all times.
2. The Company acknowledges and undertakes that the member will benefit from the services subject to the contract, except for technical failures.
3. The User agrees in advance that he will not reverse engineer the use of the site or engage in any other action for the purpose of finding or obtaining the source code thereof, and that he will be liable for any damages incurred by third parties, and that he will be liable for any damages incurred by third parties and will be subject to legal and criminal proceedings.
4. The user agrees that he will not produce or share content in his activities within the site, in any part of the site or in his communications, that is contrary to the general morals and manners, violates the law, damages the rights of third persons, misleading, offensive, obscene, pornographic, violates the rights of personality, violates copyright, promotes illegal activities.
5. The relationships of the members of the site with each other or with third parties are at their own risk.

Sub-processors and Third-Party Services‍

We use ElevenLabs Inc. as a primary sub-processor to provide AI-powered voice synthesis and dubbing services. When you use GoodDub, your text and/or audio inputs are securely transmitted to ElevenLabs for processing. ElevenLabs processes this data solely for the purpose of generating the requested output and does not use your personal data to train its foundational models without explicit consent. Strict Policy on Voice Cloning and Deepfakes

All voice cloning processes are automated via our AI engine. GoodDub personnel do not listen to or manually review source audio files unless explicitly requested for technical support debugging.

‍GoodDub is committed to the ethical use of AI. By using our services, you agree to the following strict prohibitions:

• Consent Required: You may not clone or attempt to clone the voice of any third party (including celebrities or public figures) without their express, written, and verifiable consent.
• Anti-Deepfake Measure: You are prohibited from creating "Deepfake" content or any audio that is intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead others, or to impersonate any individual for malicious purposes.
• Illegal Content: You shall not use the service to generate content that is defamatory, hateful, harassing, or violates any person’s right to privacy or publicity.
• Monitoring and Termination: GoodDub reserves the right to monitor usage for patterns of abuse. Any violation of these terms will result in the immediate termination of your account without a refund and may be reported to relevant legal authorities.

Intellectual Property Rights

1. All intellectual property rights, registered or unregistered, such as title, business name, trademark, patent, logo, design, information and method contained in this Site belong to the site operator and owner company or its mentioned interested party and are protected by national and international law.
2. The information contained on the Site may not be reproduced, published, copied, presented and/or transferred in any way. All or part of the Site may not be used without permission on another website.

Confidential Information

1. The Company will not disclose personal information transmitted by users through the Site to Third Parties.
2. The User agrees and declares that the owner of the Site agrees to share its communication, portfolio status and demographic information with its affiliates or group companies, limited to its use only within the scope of promotional, advertising, campaign, promotion, announcement, etc. marketing activities.
3. Confidential Information may only be disclosed to official authorities if such information is requested by official authorities and in cases where disclosure to official authorities is mandatory in accordance with the provisions of the applicable mandating legislation.

Not Guaranteeing

THE SERVICES OFFERED BY THE FIRM ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS IS POSSIBLE” BASIS AND THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES OR APPLICATION (INCLUDING ALL INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN), INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Registration and Security

The user must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information. Otherwise, this Agreement will be deemed to have been violated and the account may be closed without the User being informed. The user is responsible for password and account security on the site and third-party sites. The Company cannot be held responsible for data losses and security breaches or damage to hardware and devices that may otherwise occur.

Force Majeure

Obligations arising from the contract arising from, of course, disasters, fires, explosions, civil wars, wars, riots, popular movements, mobilization announcements, strikes, lockouts and epidemics, infrastructure and internet failures, power outages (hereinafter referred to as “Force Majeure”) which are not under the control of the parties. If it becomes unenforceable, the parties are not responsible for it. During this period, the rights and obligations of the Parties arising from this Agreement shall be suspended.

Account Termination

‍

Users may delete their account and personal data at any time via the GoodDub Studio dashboard settings. Since GoodDub operates on a 'Pay-As-You-Go' credit model, there are no recurring monthly subscriptions to cancel. Unused credits are forfeited upon account deletion.

Integrity and Applicability of the Agreement

‍

If one of the terms of this contract becomes partially or completely invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid.

Changes to the Contract

‍

The Company may at any time change the services offered on the Site and the terms of this contract in part or in whole. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on the site. It is the responsibility of the User to follow the changes. The user is deemed to have accepted these changes by continuing to use the services offered.

Confirmed

‍

All notifications to be sent to the parties related to this Agreement will be made through the Company's known e-mail address and the e-mail address indicated by the user in the membership form. The user agrees that the address indicated when registering is the valid notification address and will notify the other party in writing within 5 days if it changes, otherwise notifications to this address will be considered valid.

Evidence Agreement

‍

In the event of any disputes between the Parties regarding transactions related to this contract, the books, records and documents of the Parties and the computer records and fax records shall be accepted as evidence in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100, and the User agrees not to object to such records.

Dispute Resolution

‍

The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Ankara (Central) Courthouse shall be competent to resolve any disputes arising out of the application or interpretation of this Agreement.

Refund Policy

‍

GoodDub is a digital software service. We offer a free trial for users to test the platform capabilities before purchase. Therefore, payments for credit packages are generally non-refundable once the credits have been used or partially consumed. Refunds may only be issued in cases of proven technical failure where the software did not perform the promised function, and such requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
