Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases processed via Creem.
Product/Service provider: Mehmet Alp Bozkurt - T. KAZANC / gooddub.ai (“we”, “us”).
1) Payments and Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by **Creem**. For these transactions, Creem may act as the **Merchant of Record (MoR)**, which is why “Creem” may appear on your bank statement. : https://www.creem.io/

2) How to request a refund
To request a refund, please contact us first:

Please include:
- The email used at checkout
- Order/transaction reference (if available)
- A short reason (optional)
If your order was processed via Creem, you can also contact Creem Order Support via https://www.creem.io/
3) Refund decisions
Refunds for Creem-processed purchases are handled in line with Creem’s buyer terms and may be decided **case-by-case** and may be refused in cases such as fraud or refund abuse.
This does not affect your mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
No Refunds for Partially Used Packages: * Cash refunds are only applicable to credit packages that are 100% unused..
- Once a user spends even a single credit from a purchased package, the transaction is considered final and the package becomes non-refundable..
- This policy applies because the digital service delivery begins immediately upon the first credit consumption..
4) Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment method and bank.
Credits consumed for dubbing and rendering related tasks are non-refundable once the automated process has been initiated on our servers. However, if you experience a technical failure, we may issue a credit refund to your account for future usage.
